Snow Removal
Another benefit provided by the Weatherstone HOA is snow removal along common area sidewalks near HOA owned property, the pool area, and around our 13 mailboxes when more than 2 inches accumulate. If you have any concerns about snow removal in areas you believe are the HOA's responsibility, please contact Advance HOA at clientservices@advancehoa.com. Here is a map of the HOA shoveled areas: HOA Snow removal map
Homeowners are responsible for shoveling the sidewalks in front of their homes, and along the sides if the side of their home is along a corner.
