Snow Removal

Another benefit provided by the Weatherstone HOA is snow removal along common area sidewalks near HOA owned property, the pool area, and around our 13 mailboxes when more than 2 inches accumulate. Homeowners are responsible for shoveling the sidewalks in front of their homes, and along the sides if the side of their home is along a corner. The public streets are plowed on a discretionary basis by Douglas County.
