The Weatherstone HOA is responsible for the maintenance of the private neighborhood pool and pool building which was completely remodeled in 2016. Weatherstone residents enjoy the use of a covered dining area with two gas grills and a food prep area with granite countertops and sink. Within a 2 acre fenced parcel the pool complex also contains two picnic shelters with charcoal grills. 

 

Other services provided by the HOA include trash & recycling services (schedule), snow removal of common areas, and maintaining landscaping of HOA owned parcels and the entrance monuments.
