Pool
The Weatherstone Pool is located at 10557 Weathersfield Way, Highlands Ranch, 80129. This private facility was fully updated in 2016. Features include: Pool with depths between 3 & 5 feet, shallow sundeck running the length of the pool with built in kiddie pool; splash pool with fountains, covered dining area with two gas grills, food prep area with sinks; two modern bathrooms; pergola over more dining tables. The gated 2 acre parcel containing the pool area also contains two picnic shelters with charcoal grills.

Picnic Shelter Use and Pool Parties
Residents may use either or both of the two picnic shelters at the Weatherstone Community Pool complex.
Shelter #1 (12 feet by 12 feet) has one picnic table
Shelter #2 (20 feet by 12 feet) has two picnic tables
Rules for Large Personal Events
You must be a resident of Weatherstone HOA in good standing to use the shelters.
All pool rules must be strictly followed and will be enforced.
Please clean up and align all furniture after each personal event.
Reservations
1) Login to advancehoa.com
Please add your reservation to the Amenity Reservations calendar to submit your request.
Click on the Amenity Reservations tab. The Pool Patio Facilities calendar will automatically open.
On your desired date, double click or right click on the calendar to add a new reservation. Enter the date and time. Click Save. If you see your time on the calendar, you submitted your request and Advance HOA Management has received your request.
2) Please submit the Pool Patio Reservations Agreement to clientservices@advancehoa.com or upload the document when you add the reservation.
