Officially known as "Weatherstone at Highlands Ranch Association, Inc.," the Weatherstone HOA was created in July, 1997. The Weatherstone HOA is a subassociation of Highlands Ranch Community Association, located in unincorporated Douglas County, Colorado within the Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District. The HOA Board is comprised of five homeowner volunteers elected at the Annual Membership Meeting in March to a one year term.
